Willet

Was able to snag some really good pics of birds in-flight when I visited Assateague Island (a wildlife refuge run by NPS and U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service). A Willet is a member of the Sand Piper family of birds. This photo is a (greatly) cropped in version of the original image.
New Paw Print Purse from Animal Rescue Site

The silvery gray and black were quite a bit harder to capture than I would've imagined. The silver grabs the flash and tries to blind out the black paw prints. This shot captures it pretty well except for how hard it is to see the cute chains on the carry handles. It's a nice size purse, but a tad heavy with all the metal on it.
