Sorry to inflict this self portrait on you all, but Charlotte Morse tagged me so 10 things about me gee this is hard
1) little unknown fact I was sent to a very posh private boarding school from the tender age of 6 (I have never forgiven my parents for that)
2) I have never been a girlie girl always a tom-boy I was the first Braintree BMX champion back in the 80s , I raced all over the UK and refused to race against girls went in with the lads and thrashed them everytime
3) I married a very rich man lived in France and had a holiday home in Italy and Spain this is where my eldest two sons were born, I was widowed when my lad was 2 in a horrific car accident in the French alps (he is still the love of my life my soul mate)
4) I didnt pass my driving test until i was 27 as i felt this was a sensible age to learn to drive passed first time, had i driven a car before then i would have killed lots of people as i was impulsive and crazy
5) I trained to be a jockey at Newmarket but was so light at 5 st 6LB i dropped out trained at the RVC London
6) quit veterinary surgery as cried everytime I euthanised an animal and I now just deal in wildlife which is my passion
7) I always let people under estimate me , I never brag about my intelligence. In fact most people think i am thick and stupid
8) My children are my world my life, my worries, my pleasure, my pain, I would die for my children, They are so important to me and i love them endlessly
9) I take far to many pictures always have done, but there is just so much beauty surrounding us, its difficult not to want to capture it
10) seems an odd one but i dont have favorite films, music,books. I suppose my favorite things in life are my kids and animals all kinds

Chicken Bus - Antigua, Guatemala

A Chicken Bus is the English word for a colorfully decorated school bus that carries goods and people between communities in Guatemala. There are two theories about why it is called a “chicken bus”. The first is that it refers to the fact that rural Guatemalans regularly transport live animals on such buses. Another is that people cram themselves into the bus like chickens smashed into a coop.
The buses are a matter of local pride in Guatemala. The tourist destination of Antigua is a major hub where many routes cross. Each bus is painted vibrantly with its name and permanent route. Buses are stuffed with passengers (whenever possible) and then hard-driven to their destinations at top speed.
