Ramnik Sandhu, the general manager of the Kohinoor, had organized a few sight seeing tours for me although I had not booked a vacation package (only for people traveling together). Thus, I was able to see the surroundings of Ratnagiri. One afternoon I went to this extremely nice and very secluded beach which is well hidden. It was about 30 to 40 minutes away from the hotel by rickshaw. The ride there was very scenic and the countryside hilly. I did not leave people out of this picture on purpose - there were none besides the rickshaw driver and me.
