A kitten we've seen before... I guess it's about 5 months old now. It's bigger than other kittens its age though. Perhaps it's a descendant of the late Sick Boy.

Mountain Goat at Logan's Pass - Infrared

One of the most beautiful hikes we've taken on our long trip was a short hike that goes from the visitor center at Logan Pass up to the Hidden Lakes Overlook. Incredible wildflowers, beautiful mountain peaks all around, and quite a few mountain goats. I had taken my infrared camera, which is great for sky and water pictures, but not so much for wildlife. Oh well. I intend to go back with my color camera.
