Dropia, una dintre comorile moşiei lui Dinu Murguleţ din "Viaţa la Ţară" de Duiliu Zamfirescu. Un simbol al Bărăganului, cândva comună aici, "comoara" a fost vânată până a dispărut. / The great bustard, once a common animal in the Romanian Plain, has been hunted into extinction in this part of Romania.
Wikipedia in Romanian claims that it can still be found in western Romania, in the Romanian part of the Pannonian Plain.

We’ve been their loyal customers for 11+ years, we’ve never even bothered checking for better rates anywhere else, but they've fallen from grace. I not longer will recommend them and will tell everyone (including all my blog readers, Flickr friends, and Twitter friends how much I dislike them). We're looking for a new company for auto, home, business, etc.
