Off the beaten track, a bit difficult to go to, these small group of islands to the northeast of Cebu City, Philippines are nevertheless charming and idyllic. There are two quiet and commercial-free resorts, and the waters are absolutely pristine and crystal-clear. It's a welcome respite from the package-tour beaches of Cebu & Boracay.
