This is where we stayed, on the top floor of this four story building. Constructed in the 1960s, it's neither the oldest nor the newest building at the Driftwood Resort. Best of all it's right on the ocean. The other sides of the building are more attractive, but this one features an intriguing artifact. Observe the little wooden piece in the shape of the state of Florida, right at the apex of the roof. It's hard to see in this photo, but the name "Anthony Perkins" is painted on it. I'm sure there's a story behind that but I don't know what it is.
