middle school students by talking with them on March 25 2010 about college majors and careers. The business students met the 8th graders again on April 15th but this time to help give them a tour of NIU. The mentoring program is part of the College to Careers Club that was created by the Rockford Environmental Science Academy. Faculty from NIU's business college and liberal arts and sciences college help help to find the university students who excel and are active in academia to help guide the 8th graders.
