Another great dog who needs a home. Ralph is fantastic on the leash. He was most happy jogging next to me. Other wise he was a bit nervous. I just got him to relax and lay down right about the time he had to go back to the shelter. I was sad to have to put him back on the truck.
The bummer is that potential adopters often look for a dog who will come up to them and bond immediately. Many dogs, like Ralph, are a little shell shocked and not immediately affectionate so most people gave him a look and moved on. But I know from spending the day with him that with a little love he would be an awesome companion.
