That's exactly what I also think - I love meeting neko-chan too.
By the way, there are about 20 people in photowalk and they started shooting this cat with their cameras. Some people nearby might thought this cat must be super famous LOL

フォトウォークでこの猫ちゃんを発見すると、参加者の多数がカメラ撮影を始めたので、まるでスーパースターのように撮られまくってました。
